Infernal Iron is needed for Karlach’s quest,“The Hellion Heart,“andeach piece will need to be given to Dammon. Dammon will only be able to perform one upgrade in Act 1, so it is important to keep it alive tofind Dammon again in Act 2 or 3. After both enhancements are complete, further pieces of Infernal Iron can be given to Dammon in exchange for the Flawed Helldusk Armor.

There are three parts to the armor set, with a main chest piece, helmet, and gloves to be forged.Only five pieces of Infernal Iron are neededto both repair Karlach’s engine and gain all three pieces of FlawedHelldusk Armor Set.
