Creating Your Custom Template in Pages

You can create a template from scratch or tweak an existing template to suit your taste. When you save a custom template, it’s added to your Pages templates, and you can access it on all your devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID.

On an iPhone or iPad

To create a template on an iPhone or iPad, do the following.

Once you add your template to Template Chooser, it’ll appear under a Templates category calledMyTemplates. You’ll see it across all your Apple devices you’re signed in to with the same Apple ID, but only if you’ve enablediCloud Drive.

To rename a custom template, long-press on the template and chooseRename. Then, enter a new name and tapRename.

it’s possible to delete a custom template, but doing so will delete it across all your devices that are signed in with the same Apple ID and have iCloud Drive enabled. To do so, go toMyTemplatesin Pages. Next, tap and hold a template, then tapDelete. TapDeleteagain, and that’s it.
