How to Watch Honor’s Keynote Speech at IFA 2023
Before discussing just how to watch Honor’s keynote, we have to discuss IFA a bit. The event will occur between September 1st and September 5th, 2023, in Berlin, Germany.
Honor will hold its keynote on the very first day, on September 1st, at 10 AM CET. That’s 5 AM EST and 9 AM GMT, so you can do the math based on your location. What Will Honor Reveal at IFA 2023?
This year, Honor is planning on revealing two new smartphones at IFA. As mentioned, they won’t be plain smartphones either, but rather foldable models, which are all the rage right now. These won’t be Honor’s first foldable phones either. We reviewed theHonor Magic Vsearlier this year and found it to be a charming device with a beautiful design, stunning display, and fantastic camera.
Given our pleasant experience with this model, we have high expectations about the incoming Honor foldable. Honor promises the two new devices will be a beautiful fusion between tech, fashion, and sustainability. Titled “Unfold Tomorrow,” Honor’s keynote promises to empower the fashion industry and reshape our future life experiences with something we’ve never seen before.
The company is also making things intriguing with its event poster, which you can see at the top of the article. The poster features a formula that refers to the concept of a superposition state, which is the ability of a quantum system to be in multiple states simultaneously until it is measured.
Honor believes that tomorrow is a “superposition state,” which they explain as a fusion that transcends today’s status quo and brings new opportunities. The company also mentions that, as you can see in the image, the left is a “slate phone, and the right is foldable.” Make of that what you will, but we’re certainly intrigued to see what Honor will unveil at IFA.
Ultimately, we know that we’re getting two new phones that will look gorgeous, work great, and bring some innovation to the table. If we were to hazard a guess, we’ll be getting competitors for Samsung’s both Fold 5 and Flip 5.
