According to a post on X byIGN, acrossover comic betweenNarutoand theTeenage Mutant Ninja Turtlesco-produced by Viz and IDW Publishing is set to release onNovember 13, 2024. The crossover will be a four-issue series written by Caleb Goellner, with illustrations by Hendry Prasetya, and coloring by Raúl Angulo.
The covers for crossover have been provided by both Jorge Jiménez and Hendry Prasetya. WhileNarutohas had its fair share of crossovers, this one, unexpected as it may be, could be its most fitting one yet bringing together two of the most iconic ninja comics from across the world.

Team 7 Join Forces With Unexpected Allies in an Epic Crossover
According to IGN, the first issue of the crossover will see April secretly visiting Tsunade, which draws the attention of Team 7 as well as the evil Foot Clan who are seeking information on Stockman’s mutant research. With April in grave peril, issue #1 will see the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles set foot in the Hidden Leaf Village to save her, maybe even teaming up with Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi to defeat the Foot Clan in the process.
While the two comics could not be more culturally and artistically different, rumors of the upcoming crossover have already sent the Naruto fandom into shambles, and it is easy to see why. Unexpected as this crossover may be, it opens the door for some of the most fun interactions and plenty of action-packed ninja shenanigans. It will also be interesting to seeNarutoand Kishimoto’s other beloved cast members adapted to fit a Western-style comic, which is sure to be a unique visual experience.
