Screen Rant recently attended a special preview event for the trailerof theupcoming fall releaseofPlanet Coaster 2, although no hands-on play has been enjoyed yet by our team. InPlanet Coaster 2, players will be able to construct stunning theme parks full of customization and imagination. I was able to see developers showcase how they can view the park from the realistic view of a person walking around the area, with great detail put into the walkways and courtyards of the park to make it more lifelike than ever, or zoom out and take on a birds-eye-view of the entire area.

As the above trailer shows, inPlanet Coaster 2, players will be able to seamlessly blend a water park filled with looping flumes and wave pools alongside the exhilarating roller coasters and fantastical rides of the theme park. Several customization themes are included, such as a Viking Theme or Aquatic Theme, and new customization tools provide a better way to design rides and attractions. At the event,I was able to see one of the devs show how they can color and customize cars for a coaster using a variety of means to truly make the ride unique and creative.

Float The Lazy River In A Park Filled With Water Attractions
One of the most requested aspects forPlanet Coastersince the original game’s release in 2016 has been for developers to add DLC for a water park to the game. Although that never came about for the first game, the pleas of players did not fall on deaf ears.Planet Coaster 2will launch with the ability for everyone to create beautiful water attractionswithin their parks, with new rides that include water coasters and flumes.
These new water park tools are just as detailed as the traditional theme park, with unique animatronics, colorful designs for rides, and even changing rooms for park visitors to change into their swimsuits. Water flumes, also called water slides, can be created piece by piece in unique twisting, curving patterns so players can craft the most exciting experiences possible.

Even relaxing portions of the park, such as a lazy river and pool, offer value for guests, and make the attractions ones that we wish we could visit in real life.
Of course, every ride, whether in the water park or not, will haveplenty of stats to help park managers guarantee the most satisfying experiencefor their guests. During the event, developers explained how rides will include nausea ratings in addition to safety, stimulation, and even shade coverage with a heat map tool. Even relaxing portions of the park, such as a lazy river and pool, offer value for guests, and make the attractions ones that we wish we could visit in real life.
