The answer to today’s Wordle is “FORCE”.

The word “force” is both a verb and a noun with several different meanings. The collective connection between both is strength and the display of it. Examples of real-world use include “the force of nature,” “the force of the argument,” and “force your way through traffic”.

According tothe Online Etymology Dictionary, “Force” derives from Latin (“fortia” and “fortis”) via old French (“force” and “forcer”). The word has always meant strength, power, and compulsion, and the Latin word also gave us “fort” and “fortress” meaning a castle or stronghold.
